When will DR open for International travel??????

Beaches were still closed with police officers on duty to send people away, when I went cycling along the beach road at La Entrada today. So far no different than any other day but I go every morning so I'll update if one day the police are gone and people are swimming!!
If you read it carefully it says "North America" which includes Canada. US arrivals is around 40%.I was wrong its 65% here the proof in the pudding

Most foreigners with property here in RD have pools, or stay in accommodations with them. As of this time, it seems as if those will be the types of travelers returning in large numbers to begin with.
