OK this is going to be truely painful!
Germany out-classed England. We can talk all year, and probably will, about Franky's goal but would it really have changed the game? EVERY time Gaermany broke down their right hand side they ripped England's defence to shreds and created acres of space.
Well played Germany, congratulations!

Brazil been not to beat today,
but there are holes seen in their defense.
the Dutch are strong,
only 1 Goal received in 4 games, and even that only due a penalty.
that will be a very interesting challenge between Brazilian offensive Power on that Dutch Defensive line.
Snejder and Robben are always good for a Goal, against any opponent.

And it is quite possible that there are 4 teams from the Southern Cone battling in the Semis....Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay. It could be!

of course it could be.
2 of them,
Brazil and Argentina,
I count to the 3 Top Favorites for the Tile.
the 3rd one on my personal ranking list is Germany,
so one of my 3 will be eliminated in the quarters.

Do you remember Sir Bobby Robson saying that "the team who scores the most goals has a good chance of winning the game"

and the Ball is Round
and the Rising Sun did Penalty Harakiri today, he he.

looking forward to the neighbour's challenge Spain-Portugal in a few minutes, I await a hard fight there.
they never played each others at any World Cup Final,
yes, usually they fly back home too early to meet each others on the field, lol.
then we get 2 Days of Soccer rest.

that Argentina Germany game sat morning will be a rough one,
darn, I will not bet any money on any of the 2 Teams.
