The FC Barcelona football star, Lionel Messi left the beaches of Miami for those of the Dominican Republic. The Argentinian football star was photographed vacationing last week in a villa in Casa de Campo with his family. He is considered by many in the know the best player in the world.
For the few that may not know, Wikipedia explains that Messi is a professional footballer who plays for and captains the Argentina national team. Messi has won a record six Ballon d’Or awards, a record six European Golden Shoes, and in 2020 was named to the Ballon d’Or Dream Team. In 2019, he was labeled as the greatest football player of the last 25 years by FourFourTwo, in 2021 as the world’s best men’s player and playmaker of the decade 2011–2020 by IFFHS. He has spent his entire professional career with Barcelona, where he has won a club-record 34 trophies, including ten La Liga titles, seven Copa del Rey titles and four UEFA Champions Leagues.
