When CDN laws are not in sync with RD laws there is a potential problem.
A married same sex couple living in RD originating from Canada ; and one dies or is divorced ; which Law takes precedent ?
Especially if they own property in RD? (Probably RD!)
And, if the property was only listed in the Deceased Name.
