Break-Ins at Casa Linda
No I don't live there, I don't live in Ukraine neither but somehow I know there is a war going on there. 😉
PS. If one of the managers tells me it goes on and he's not happy about it why would I doubt him? I do see the putas being loaded into the vans and taken to CL very often too.
Please remember this thread is about the break-ins in Casa Linda. We do have members that live in Casa Linda so before we post "accusations" remember that there are those whose safety and peace of mind that are dependent on this.

Those who live there already know what goes on there and no post on some message board is gonna take their peace of mind away. Now potential real estate buyers reading it and changing their mind about buying in CL, well... 🤫😁

Probably you won't get video evidence, signed affidavits or a Detrás del Rumor report.
Maybe he has some anecdotal information, who knows?
But a poster should be allowed some room for hyperbole (God knows most threads have it) on an open discussion FORUM without statements being cross examined. I think most of us recognize some embellishment was being used.
I agree with that. I have friends there who care about the safety of their community at C.L.
Wherever there are Air BnB rentals, but especially in a town known to have a seedy side, you will have some distasteful BEHAVIOR and we have all witnessed it. I saw naked twerking on a condo balcony facing Playa Alicia.
I had an acquaintence years ago who used to rent in Lomas Mironas on an adjoining property to such a party villa. Even though his house was quite some distance from the other house the noise from the debauchery often went on at high volume and till dawn, making sleep impossible.
I think i was there once many years ago. It was a large guarded gated community with large homes most with pools. All fancy, especially for me who always lived in normal, non guarded apartments. I was visiting friends. There was a big party close by. Many ladies and.many foreigners, my guess was at least 8 to 10 younger men and maybe the same count or more of local women. They were doing what you would expect. It was not something you would be comfortable with your children seeing.
I never got asked to see my id, even when i left the place alone to take a walk and returned. I just walked around the gate and saw no guard. I told my friends and they said that there were always strange humans walking around at night. The place did not seem to be very secure to me.

Could it be that Security is not doing their job? Allowing people to enter without identification, on their cell phones rather than paying attention to what is going on, or even doing the burglaries because they know which houses are empty.
Could it be that homeowners leave their doors and windows open because of their false sense of safety, letting the "help" roam all over their homes and knowing their schedule, letting "friends" in their homes all the time, not having some sort of security cameras....
Could it be that Casa Linda is "puta friendly" to ALL that live there and rent there. Putas are loved by all, not just the "JetBlue" individuals. By the way, "JetBlue" individuals come in a variety of flavors including vanilla.

I think the entire town is Chica friendly. Every rental, every gated community. The chicas for the most part are not the break in artists. It is their support staff. Moto/taxi drivers, boyfriends and pimp hustlers.
There are videos on YT the brothers filming the putas twerking in the pools of CL and all that but I'm too lazy to go through 1000s of videos that show up when you search "Sosua" on YT. Keepcoming probably things I'm gonna go all James Bond and gather intel lol. Everyone who lives in Sosua and speaks some Spanish knows what goes on in CL. The JetBlue warriors figured it's cheap each one puts up 30$ and they get a villa than paying $100 a night at New Garden. Like I said, one of the top managers at CL told me what's up, and a guy I've known for years owns a new SUV and when the brothers come he picks them up at POP and he's their errand boy, mostly bringing them weed and pericos for the putas, he sell them the fake Viagra too. When they leave he gets all the leftover Hennessy and Grey Goose 😁
I do not expect anyone to go all "James Bond". What I would expect is responsible posts about the situation. Chico Bill mentioned Air BnB which I agree may play a factor. I am sure those who live and invested at Casa Linda are trying to find a solution. Not everything that happens on the NC can be blamed on the so called "Jet Blue crowd". So, moving on...
There's been many stories of wild parties and loud music at all hours of the night in CL and owners there complaining about it. Everyone also knows who comes down in frequently in groups of 6 to 8 and all chip in the rent villas in Sosua - not only Casa Linda. They are not a welcome group in CL but whether or not their chicas had any part in this or if those particular villas were targeted is unknow as far as I know(?).
I feel yes, this is something that developed out of AirBnB rental situations. The owners at CL that have permitted such debauchery to occur in their homes have no consideration for neighbors/fellow owners in the community. Many have kids and normal lives. It also brings down the appeal and value of a CL home. Which is, of course, sad.
"They" are not a welcomed group but the owners at Casa Linda continue to rent to "them" because it makes the owners money.
Casa Linda is selling homes that are way over $350,000 U.S. dollars. Their security needs to be restructured if the burglaries continue. Either higher more guards, install more cameras or change the rules and regulations of the development with respect to safety and security.
