No doubt, Sea Horse Ranch is the professional gold standard of North Coast security. They seem to do about everything right. Casa Linda would do well to mimic their security processes.
Agreed. It almost makes Perla Marina and Casa Linda look like a barrio by security comparison.

SOV is slightly comparable. Their security is strict. But still not quite on the same level, too many small houses and apartment buildings in there.

Sea Horse Ranch has a security guard posted every few hundred meters. If you go in and don’t go to the place you tell the entry gate, they’re on it immediately.
They keep a very close eye on the Saturday market traffic.
However. Bad news don't go beyond the borders of SHR. Believe me. We have installed security cameras at some villas at SHR to protect villas from security guards. They did fire some of their stuff caught in robbing the villas.

Yes, SHR is amazing for security. For the curious you're allowed to check in one girl (register her) for a guest per person. Thats it. Many years ago when girls were allowed there would a 8:AM parade of chicas in mini's and hi-shoes walking to the gate (renters just threw them out or didn't have cars) but the owners said no more, so the new rules for outside girls. Of course this hurt rentals, but in long term was worth it.

Even owners are asked sometimes were they are going (a friend who lives here was stopped and questioned, really, when coming to visit me). Yup it's expensive but we have the luxury of sleeping with doors opens and no noise ,,,,. What I don't like about SOV is a card gets you in and anyone can give the card to another. SHR does it the old fashion way, eye contact and exactly who you are.
