The Residency Rule is that you are not to be ABSENT for more than 6 months
As far as I know - not enforced\

If you want to overstay legally, drive legally and many more things
You should get residency
Look at those poor souls now.... when do you think they'll be let in?

I expect a visitor who wants to mingle with the public... property owner or not - will wait a while for that freedom
AI guests will be first.... hopefully Residents even earlier

for the birth of his twins
