Thats often a danger in the DR. People go to different doctors and some self medicate. You need to be very careful because beberin (not sure I spelled it correctly) has several negative interactions with other drugs. Check with your doctor or naturopath first before taking it.
I self medicate, because :Thats often a danger in the DR. People go to different doctors and some self medicate.
Is that with alcohol lol ?I self medicate, because :
For the mundane aches and pains, self-medication is fine. This assumes you're competent to do research like doctors do.Thats often a danger in the DR. People go to different doctors and some self medicate.
Frequently. As Woody Allen saidIs that with alcohol lol ?
The natural alternative is diet and exercise. The whole idea of the thread was for those interested in a natural alternative to Ozempic.
I think it was intended for people who are very obese and not as just a crash diet for the Instagram crowd. The natural alternative is diet and exercise.
If only it were that simple. Every person is different, and age is a very important factor. The natural alternative is diet and exercise.
Preaching to the choir, my son. When dieting and hungry, try a little exercise
Curbs the hunger
The trick is to not gain 100 pounds in the first place. For the last 50 years, I have been within 10 pounds either way of 190. When I hit 200, its time to suck it up and lose the 10 pounds. It doesn't work for everybody but isn't exactly rocket science either. If only it were that simple. Every person is different, and age is a very important factor.
( I say this as a person who has lost over 100 lbs not once, but 3 times.)
No problem with diet other than always being hungry, and exercise with physical limitations is much more difficult.

So you have lost the equivalent of 300 pounds that's like dumping 3 smalls chicas !If only it were that simple. Every person is different, and age is a very important factor.
