I do have the same issue with the payment of my monthly.
Same credit card worked to buy the dish but not to pay the monthly subscription.
I have being in contact with them through their support messages system available on their web-site.
They do answer in 24 hours ...I have being following-up with them IntelliJ so they do not cut me from internet.
They promised they won't do it until resolution.
So far so good with Starlink. In my community we only get Delancer which is 4 times the price for same speed...
I use Starlink now as my main internet provider and Delancer as my backup with a downgraded speed ...
So ,my monthly is now lower of what I was paying with Delancer and I have backup ,,,,,with same speed.
